- Colours of the RAL system – RAL sampler
- You can choose the same colour as for the Al profile after its exact specification according the colour used for varnishing of door profiles.
- The thickness of the door infill panels ranges from 24 mm to 48 mm
- For thickness of 36 mm and more, Core F is recommended
Aluminium door panels
Thanks to their outstanding properties, aluminium infill panels are an ideal product for the most demanding customers. Their gallant look is enhanced by the dimensional stability of used alloy of aluminium and magnesium. The material is not water-repellent and does not display any changes of internal tensions even during long periods. The GAVA Aluminium door infill panels are characterised by a modern design and perfect elaborations with the use of state-of-the-art technologies – laser cutting and CNC milling. Aluminium door infill panels GAVA Aluminium are manufactured by sealing AL boards in combination with thermal-insulation material and finished with aluminium alloy using the technology of powder varnishing and the subsequent burning at 200°C in a kiln. The colour shade and structure of the surface is determined by the type of used powder colour. If exactly specified by the customer, we can apply the same colour for the infill panel as the colour used for the profile system. The design is created by the combination of direct or geometric shapes of milled grooves, glass panes and stainless applications - intarsia. The material used is either Alunox- which does not display any oxidised prints of fingers, or various colour combinations of aluminium sheet. It is also possible to choose from designs with flat bars or welded frames based on our original embossed profiles, or a very precious design of patterns engraved in coloured surfaces or combined with other applications. For GAVA Aluminium, PS styrofoam is usually used. For thickness from 36mm, we recommend the use of F Core in order to significantly reduce horizontal forces affecting to the door infill panels. These forces are the result of the bimetallic effect caused by differences between temperatures in the exterior and interior.
The dimensions of GAVA Aluminium infill panels are tailored to customer requirements, usually to the maximum of 1000 mm x 2000 mm. If required, it is possible to supply bigger dimensions for an extra fee, up to 1100 mm x 2350 mm.
If a customer is interested, GAVA plast is able to produce any GAVA Aluminium design as a panel for one side of an overlapping door leaf using the OM system. This system provides a significant reduction in forces perpendicular to the door panel while allowing "service multi-layers" to act on the panel without having to remove the leaf from the door.
If a customer is interested, GAVA plast is able to produce any GAVA Aluminium design as a panel for both sides of an overlapping door using the DUO system. This system provides a significant reduction in forces perpendicular to the door panel while allowing “service multi-layers" to act on the panel without having to remove the leaf from the door.
If a customer is so interested, GAVA plast is able to produce any GAVA Aluminium design as a panel for one side of an overlapping door leaf using CORE F and an additional anchor. This system provides a significant reduction in forces perpendicular to the door panel while allowing “service multi-layers" to act on the panel without having to remove the leaf from the door.
Each infill panel is covered with a protective foil. The foil only serves for transportation and it is not recommended to keep it on the panel after the installation of the entrance door. External factors may cause a permanent adherence of the foil to the panel within several days.
